Custom Menu Design


Custom menu design is the heart of our business. We design menus with each individual customer and event in mind.

We have a wide repertoire of favorite foods, and we’re always trying new recipes. Check out some of our favorites! We are inspired by the seasons, inform our menu choices by the size and type of event, and we truly enjoy the challenge of creating menus to accommodate dietary restrictions. We believe in listening to our customers, proposing new ideas, and coming up with a menu that meets our customer’s needs and exceeds their expectations.

Alcohol Service


We are licensed with the state to sell and serve beer and wine, and are covered with the alcohol liability insurance required by Indiana University. If you would like alcohol served at your event, please allow 3 weeks advanced notice to ensure the proper permitting.

For weddings and larger events, we work with Big Red Liquors and Manolo’s Wines for wine and beer service, and with Upland Brewing Co. for full bar service.

We love to support our local distillery, Cardinal Spirits. If you would like to serve Cardinal Spirits signature drinks at your wedding or event, we can help you coordinate this.



We love buffet menus for their versatility and abundance, and for the comfortable environment they create. Guests can craft a plate to suit their taste and appetite, and always come back for more.

Buffet menus are a wonderful choice for both large and smaller events. We use beautiful platters for serving – elegant silver, colorful Italian pottery – and it’s exciting for guests to have an array of dishes to choose from. Our staff is constantly replenishing, so there is always a sense of plenty.


Buffets create an environment that allows for movement and conversation amongst guests. Pre-set salads or soups are an option, as are breads and spreads for each table.

*Our staff can create plates for guests who require assistance, for the bridal party, or important family members.



Plated meals create a more formal atmosphere and can be provided for smaller parties of up to 60 people. Plated meals allow for uninterrupted flow of conversation and for guests to feel taken care of. This can be ideal when hosting important speakers or other distinguished guests.


Family Style

Family style dining is a great compromise between plated and buffet service. It allows people to be served at the table, yet creates a sense of warmth and conviviality.

Hors D’oeuvres


We create exciting tapas style menus, which are lovely to the eye, and provide a dynamic array of flavors and style.



Guests can help themselves from a selection of finger foods and savory spreads, while servers circulate with hors d’oeuvres on silver trays, bringing taste treats to guests. Perfect for mingling and good conversation!
